Very functional personal-effectiveness tool.

I have used this tool for last few years. Except for the brief period of 2 months when the software stopped working for me (due to one of the upgrade releases), the tool has been central to organizing as well clarifying my ideas, my thoughts and my plans. I recommend it to leaders and managers in all professions.
