It just "works"

Thats really the gist of it. MindMapping itself isnt anything crazy or challenging. But they pull off a web app and various mobile apps incredibly well (for iPad and iPhone) and make them sync flawlessly. Ive tried a lot of different mind mapping tools, and this is the best Ive come across.

The icing on the cake is their integration with their own task management tool, which is a beautifully designed app as well and only getting better as they figure out ways to tie them together!
