A caveat to previous review that went from 5 stars to 3 stars, now to 1. Why?? Because the free basic plan doesnt allow the advertised 3 free mind maps from being created. This is the final straw, and its too bad... If I liked what I saw, I would have considered signing for a paid plan. This is really inadmissible guys, what are you thinking. Well, good luck, youre going to need it. Not easy to know that you must sign up online and not the app. To use the free 3 mind maps, you must sign up online and choose, unpaid. I installed app then tried to sign up. It worked but, when trying to create a mind map, it wouldnt work. Then, having deleted and reinstalled, the same thing happened. In addition, when trying to sign in using my credentials, I was denied entry ...what! I did this twice. It only worked when I re-signed up using google credentials, only then did it work AND I discovered the option, free plan . This needs reexamining.. Now, having said all that, this is the most complete mind mapping map I have ever seen or tried, and is also beautiful. When these problems are solved, easily 5 stars

This app is a scam! It lets you make a map than when its time to print well that you have to pay 6 dollars for. You can wast hours making a map without the knowledge that you cant print it.

Is it really worth a subscription for this type of software? There are so many to choose from now. And do you always want to be online to use the software? Not me. I used MM years ago when there were no other choices. Today I came back and I was looking for a solution. Wow! So many choices in the marketplace! I guess MM wont be getting my $$, because, I dont need another subscription...

Looks great...unfortunately I cant even log on.

I have used this tool for last few years. Except for the brief period of 2 months when the software stopped working for me (due to one of the upgrade releases), the tool has been central to organizing as well clarifying my ideas, my thoughts and my plans. I recommend it to leaders and managers in all professions.

Works well on a web browser, but when I login on my iPhone, the maps do not synch correctly.

I like the web version but its very disappointing to find out the iPhone app version is not stable and doesnt allow me to sign in with my google account. I hope they can fix it soon.

Ive had an account w/ MM for a year and thoroughly enjoyed using it on my laptop, but I wanted to also have access to my maps on the go. Unfortunately, I cant seem to sign into my account with this app. Please update so I can get back to enjoying mind mapping!

It all flows naturally. I use to use a pen and pad but now I just this.

It is very convenient to have access to my mind maps wherever I am, right in my pocket. It crashes occasionally, which is a minor inconvenience. I will raise to five stars with stability improvements!

Im giving it one star because it is "extremely" unreliable and therefore can not be trusted in a professional application. It could be a 3-5 if "it worked", but maps often crash and syncing is horrendous. Maps have disappeared, duplicated, and reoriented themselves on several occasion already and Ive only downloaded this app last night!

I used to use MindMeister all the time. Im a paying customer. After a period of non use, I tried to get back to using it this week. But the app has become unusable. Doesnt do basic functions. And crashes all time. I really hope they fix it soon.

Easy to use. Easy presentation feature. Love the download feature for Word and PowerPoint. Turns your ideas into a presentation quickly with little modification needed.

...but needs the option to put a floating object under a new parent, like in Xmind.

Features are great.. Web interface is stable however ...IOS APP keeps crashing ... each crash duplicates the whole folder structure ..which is annoying as its confusing which is the latest..I have to keep cleaning up folders after a crash....can I get my money back?

Wish I would have known the exporting features completely distort the map. I wasted 5 hours on a project that I cant use.

This app MAKES you sign in.....i am on a freaking plane!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible restructure and the software engineer with this idea should become a fireman
